Ingredients: OATMEAL 80%, sugar, apple powder 5% (incl SULFITES), spices (cinnamon 0,7%, turmeric, ginger).

Instructions: open the bag and spread the edges from the bottom of the bag. Pour 250ml of boiling water inside the bag. Stir carefully and close the bag. Allow to set for 15 minutes. Open the bag and stir well before eating. Add water if needed. Consume after preparation.
