Chicken curry sauce with rice 300g

Ingredients: water, organic coconut drink (coconut milk extract, water) (15%), broiler thigh meat (14% when added), pineapple (12%), rice (7%), tomato, green bell pepper, onion, modified starch, salt, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, spices, herbs (including MUSTARD), red curry paste (lemongrass, red chili, garlic, salt, galangal, kaffir lime peel, onion, spices), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum).

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 417kJ/100kcal, fat 4,2g of which saturates 3,0g, carbohydrates 11g of which sugars 4,0g, protein 3,5g, salt 1,2g.

Instructions: consume after heating up. 2 ways for heating: pour the food into the pot and warm for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Submerge the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4-5 minutes.
